How is an Endoscopic Brow Lift Performed?
The endoscopic technique uses a small pencil-like camera device, called an endoscopic, connected to a television monitor. The endoscope is inserted into small, incisions placed just behind the hair line, providing the surgeon with a clear view of the muscles and tissue behind the skin. The surgeon then inserts another instrument through one of the small incisions to lift the skin and remove or alter the muscle if necessary. During an endoscopic procedure the eyebrows and for head can be lifted and secured at the optimal height by using a new, sutureless mechanism called the Endotine forehead fixation device.

The open traditional method where an incision is made slightly behind the natural hairline beginning above the ears and continuing towards the top of the head.
  • What are the Side Effects of Forehead and Brow Lift?
You can expect to recover fully within one to two weeks.
Soreness and some pain are likely to be felt around the incision point, lasting up to a week
This may give way to an itching sensation around the incision area which could last for as long as six months. You should also expect some bruising and swelling of the forehead.
  • What results can I expect?
Brow lift surgery is a permanent procedure to lift the brow, although your skin will continue to age in the normal way.
